Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in suspension of your account and withholding of any pending withdrawals pending verification. Any funds found to have been wagered by a person under the age of 21 will be forfeited and returned to the depositing payment method where technically feasible.

During registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including a valid Philippine mobile number, a unique username, and a secure password. Each individual may hold only one active ph63 account. ph63 operates under a Know Your Customer (KYC) policy aligned with Philippine anti-money laundering regulations. You may be required to provide government-issued identification (e.g., Philippine passport, driver's license, or UMID), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership before withdrawals are processed or at any point determined appropriate by ph63's compliance team.
All financial transactions on the ph63 platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits may be made via supported payment methods including GCash, Maya, GrabPay, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, InstaPay, QR Ph, 7-Eleven CLiQQ, and PesoNet, subject to availability and applicable limits.
Deposits via GCash and Maya are typically credited to your ph63 wallet in real time. Bank transfers via InstaPay and PesoNet may take up to one (1) business day. ph63 does not charge deposit fees, but your payment provider may impose their own transaction fees.
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification status. Standard withdrawal processing time is 5–30 minutes for GCash and Maya. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, ph63 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the ph63 platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of profits, even if ph63 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
ph63's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to your ph63 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory on which the claim is based.
ph63 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. You access and use ph63 at your own risk.
ph63 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraud or money laundering, failure to pass KYC verification, prohibited conduct, or at your own request.
Upon termination of your account for cause, any funds associated with bonus balances, promotional winnings derived from prohibited conduct, or funds under active investigation may be withheld pending resolution. Real-money balances not subject to any outstanding investigation will be returned to the registered payment method following completion of any required verification procedures.
You may request the closure of your ph63 account at any time by contacting our support team. Voluntary account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days, subject to resolution of any active wagers or pending withdrawals.
These Terms & Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines for resolution of any disputes that cannot be resolved through ph63's internal complaints procedure.
